You can only meet them after days of offroading through REMOTE part of MADAGASCAR [S7-E101]

Yee hoo! Ha ha ha Madagascar! Oh, it's insane here Andavadoaka, MADAGASCAR Season 7 - Eps. 101 Good morning Internet, it is 7:30 in the morning and welcome back to the channel Welcome here in Andavadoaka on the west coast of Madagascar I just had an amazing breakfast with an amazing view, now it's time to pack up and start riding Because today um, supposedly we're going to encounter a lot of deep sand So let's see how today will go. Uh, I'll show you quickly on the map where we're going We're going to a place called Salary or maybe a little bit past Salary Uh, just depending on uh, when we.. when we get there So I am right over here in Andavadoaka and Salary is over here So we're just going to follow the coast and ride I think kind of on the beach or in the dunes Uh, until we get over here. Let me zoom out a little bit so you can see the whole of Madagascar There we go They are just living on the dunes basically..

This another cacti forest Ooh, every now and then there's some big rocks hiding under the sand That's why it is so bumpy Okay Didier's like you go first because.. .. he has to kind of pedal his bike through most of this   If I stay behind him.. I have to do  the same Yeah, this is.. this is deep sand Oh It's fine if there's no bushes Hey How did that happen? He found a faster track Oh eeh See all is fine until you hit a bush Yeah, I'm off course.. Oh there maybe um.. Not sure.. where the track is

Through here? No.. I'll just ride through the village then.. Hi There's quite a lot of people! Let's go back to the track.. I see some car tracks here, so..

I'm thinking.. This will bring me back There was a little.. stomp Is this the track? It's a bit unclear Somewhere there Yes Wow, look at those baobabs Oh man, I can't get enough of these trees right? Just seeing these baobabs is just amazing every single time They're all so unique, I mean look at that one Oh, I hope Didier is doing okay in this stuff Look, the baobabs have flowers You see them? I also showed one when I was in Kirindy forest. They have the  most amazing beautiful flowers

I think I'll just wait for Didier at this baobab Oh, there's one fallen Wow, aren't these amazing! Ah, let me just.. .. Wait for him Okay so I found Didier with the drone That actually worked. I was like, I'm just gonna look for him with the drone So now he passed me so I'll catch up Crazy sand hey! Man, there's no end to the sand. Well, I suppose it's just because we're going parallel to the coast Hey, there's Didier I look for you with the drone You found me? Yeah yeah yeah Here.. and my drone.. You don't...? - No, I see nothing Ah okay okay Yeah, in the end it's better with the backpack, I think on his back I mean, it's heavy but if it's on the bike then you just have that weight on the back again making it more difficult Okay We're just trying to keep the pace up, because uh.. the later in the day

The hotter the sand gets and then it gets softer, so.. Riding deep sand is always better to do it in the early morning when the sand is a little bit firmer Oh, and it's also of course for ourselves 'cause midday.. ah, it gets so hot   And if you're battling sand in that heat And oof, that's tough If you manage to get in the middle here, then you don't have the bushes It's just not so easy to ride in the middle 'cause.. See It's bit more uh.. uneven and if you slide off then you fall in the rut See like this And it's really difficult to get on the middle part These bushes are killing me! Riding in the middle is impossible here Which is not very good for our fuel economy 'Cause I don't think we're going to make it until Toliara Without some fuel somewhere Hey We're out of the sand! Didier is not coming so just riding back To look for him Oh I went like that.. Ah What a big change right? Suddenly, it's all open and grassy Look these houses are nicely painted Very colorful We're now right at the beach though. On the other side here, there's the sea

I think What an amazing route! I am really enjoying this ride It's so awesome Oh Oi Oh he got it Look at the local bus There Oh, it's actually a truck Thought it was a bus We made it to Salary but now we're just going to ride a bit further, I think So we gonna ride about 15 kilometers more But first we're going to see if we can get some water here 'cause both of us are almost out of water Hey kiddos It's 25 kilometers we just heard to where we going But should be doable It's only 11:30 so Bye There we go Back into some dunes Yee hoo! And there is the sea Wow Stunning Look at the color of the water! Wow It's just pristine here right? Look at this And then there's a little boat with people fishing Wow, it's spectacular Wow! Madagascar! Oh, it's insane here! There's another little bay Going to look for some extra fuel He left his light on What do you have? Some fish Orange * Brain busy computing if this is enough fuel* Ah okay okay All right Didier hustled some more  fuel In all that sand fuel economy is terrible We are here, we are in Ankasy So that was a little tough walk on  the beach to get to this cabin but    This is the nicest place I've stayed so far in Madagascar, look at this I have view on the beach and then, that's to wash your feet, so you don't bring in sand There's like a chill bed over there, I can sit here And then look how big this is! I have like a seating area I have, is this a bar or what is this? A kitchen It's kind of like a bar With a music installation, I can have a party in here And then this is the bed And then here is the bathroom Also very big Ah! Amazing place! Amazing place! So yeah I'm just going to get the rest of my stuff and have a lunch Uh, what a day. I absolutely love today hey. It was beautiful, I loved the sand riding It was just so much fun and yeah, made it here, made it here And yeah, just catching like glimpse of the ocean here, it's so beautiful everywhere so So all this time, that we've been riding here along the west coast of Madagascar I'm seeing all these awesome little local boats and I've just been looking at them from the shore But now I think this place is a good opportunity to get a little closer look So some of the guys that work here, they know all the fishermen And they're going to take me to some of the guys that are fishing out there To have a little look on kind of the local Malagasy life on the west coast of Madagascar All right I am going to join them for a little boat ride and I think we're going to do some fishing, spear fishing They just fixed the sail today, so it's brand new See and on this side.. see that just use a.. a tree trunk, slightly modified That's how they do it So this is Diano - Giano - Giano And Bonali - Bonele - Bonele Let's go - Let's go And we're off So I have come out of the water but  Giano I think he's still fishing    Looking for some more fish, I think Check out this beautiful sunset gorgeous right?
