Touring the BEST Toll Brothers Model EVER!

for you on this channel we feature some of the most amazing homes throughout the Houston area and we are so excited to show them to you so kindly before we get going with the video please hit the like in Spring Texas at an amazing master plan Community known as Woodson's reserve and we are filming a beautiful transitional toe Brothers model so let the tour [Music] begin all right welcome inside immediately you are greeted by this amazing pivot door it is 6 ft wide with glass in it I love this door it's sexy come on inside Morgan this foyer is one of the nicest forers I've ever seen keep in mind folks this is not a custom home this is a production home you're greeted by this amazing foyer dual-sided staircase going all the way up shiplap on the walls on each side and the highlight of this foyer has got to be this amazing chandelier above my head head so before we continue the tour to this beautiful transitional home let me give you the specs we have five bedrooms 5 and 1/2 baths all in 5800 Square ft this home is built on an 80t wide lot and base price starts right around 1.1 million but this home as you see it with all of the structural upgrades the interior design upgrades The Decorator touches it is closer to $2 million now immediately coming inside over here to my left you have a beautiful study very nicely decorated Morgan I'll let you walk through there real quick very nice light fixture I love the floating shelves and if you take a look at the wood paneling that goes all the way up remember folks that is a decorator item that's probably not offer but just wants to show you what you can have done to your home and then on the opposite side of the foyer we do have a formal dining room which we will come back to later on in the tour so follow me this way here you have a wine seller take a look at the beautiful tile that's in here the nice Cabinetry the quartz countertops the shelving to hold all of your stemware beautifully done and I love this iron and glass door that leads into this wine Celler now the h highlight of this home has got to be this open concept living area if you look up you see another beautiful chandelier that matches the one in the foyer once again you have 21 ft High ceilings here I love the use of the wood beams in this area I love the fact that you have an additional set of Windows basically on the second level of this home but take a look at the size of this living space you have two sofas two chairs large coffee table the fireplace is really nice TV and take a look at the tile that goes from floor to ceiling this is just beautifully done Morgan what do you think about this home this is gorgeous yeah very nicely done coming this way you'll notice that you have three sliding glass doors and on the opposite side in the breakfast look you have more sliding doors that lead to the backyard now folks you're going to see some construction going on in the background we will take you out there but this model is still a work in progress and it's amazing it looks like this today okay follow me this way and over here to my left you have a powder room I love the wallpaper that they Us in here more going to let you go inside the quartz counters on the uh sink the Cabinetry very nicely done and stepping into the primary Suite this is another Trend that we're starting to see a lot is when you come inside you immediately have your master and primary bath area this is beautifully done you have your linen closet here I love the fact that they separated the countertops for his and hers and mirrors here nice Scot lighting these little square windows and folks take a look at this you have floor to ceiling courts going all the way up very nice Standalone tub here is your other sink and countertop once again A Generous use of quartz I love the same flooring that they use out in the main part of the home large walk-in shower nice bench seating this is just really really nicely done and coming this way this is a first for this Channel A lot of times you will see a vanity that's attached to next to one of the sinks but they have given the person using the vanity area their home separate area window up top little privacy here lady can do their makeup alone not out in the main part of the bathroom you have your water closet here and as I mentioned this home is a little bit of a work in progress still they are going to put custom cabinets and shelving in this room but you can see the size of this walk-in closet it's it's pretty large you also have a storage space inside the closet here which is ample so you have luggage and other items that's a great place to store them what do you think Melanie approved Melanie would approve of this if there was another closet and folks you've heard me mention my wife on the channel before she insists on having his and her closets and I don't blame her I like that too now coming this way we're in the primary bedroom beautiful use of the wood Beams I love the light fixture that they have here here hanging down tons of window also take a note that these are black window frames which really have a lot of nice contrast this house is what they call transitional in style and it is very transitional I love it I love the furniture in here and this is another first we've seen for this first time on this channel is the use of the quartz going all the way up on your head Ward wall never have seen this done before so man this is just really nicely done how do you like this bedroom Morgan I love it I think it's a great um and creative way to use an accent W I've never seen that myself so absolutely we're so used to seeing like wood trim which is also very nice but this is very unique yeah [Music] so let's take a look at this amazing kitchen but before we get there I do want to point out up top here you have shiplap going up it's a really nice touch really all the decorator features here are beautiful you have a pillar right here which really defines the space and separates them from the kitchen breakfast look area to the open concept living area large expansive Island seating for four beautiful quartz countertops I love the pendant lighting here you have your breakfast area and you can see this is more than a breakfast area this is a table for eight you have three more sliding doors right here really nicely done so if you open those doors plus the other ones over here in the family area you really allow the outside to come in the inside to go out the other thing that's really nicely done here is a lot of homes you don't see the cabinets and the countertop being extended all the way so you have tons of cabinet space By the way these are benedi cabinets really nicely done you have your shelving here The Decorator did an amazing amazing job here moving into the kitchen beautiful beautiful gen air range and this is something that we're seeing now a lot is that we're using the brass around the knobs and even on the burners this is a beautiful beautiful kitchen deep basin sink I love the faucet the countertops and also take a look at the backsplash going all the way up under cabinet lighting this is just phenomenal over here I must point out that you do have your refrigerator here and I like the fact that it's kind of out of the way from you know everything else it's to the side you have these areas here on either side of the refrigerator so if you have a coffee maker or something like that this is a great place for it or even over here and take a look at this microwave gen air microwave on a push button that's very sexy what do you think more sexy sexy and so really nice appliance package the other thing I do need to point out while we're here in the kitchen you do have your dishwasher here beautiful dishwasher and you have a trash pull out right here and this by the way and the cabinets are all on soft clothes as well so I love the kitchen I love the vent Hood um a lot of lights here a lot of times you see just a very dim lighting under the vent Hood but here you you can see that there's four separate lights so it really anumal letes the surface all right follow me this way we're going to go into a kind of a another wing of the house if you will and there is a junior primary bedroom here on the first floor so you have two bedrooms on the first floor you have an on Suite full bathroom right here I'll let you go inside there Morgan I like the fact that they didn't skimp on the details on the bath and shower combination you have tile that goes all the way up to the ceiling a lot of times Builders will cut that off this is really nicely done a nice walk-in closet and take a look at the size of this nice size room especially for a secondary primary bedroom great area for guests coming to visit they have their own little Wing if you will coming outside of this bedroom we have your utility room right here and notice that it's a utility room/ mudro and it's a a really nice bench with plenty of cabinet space here nice countertops a lot of times in utility rooms you do not see a countertop above the washer and dryer so this is a great place for you to fold clothes uh you also have a sink here this is just nicely done it's exactly what you need and then moving back this way towards the garage you have an additional mud area and you have another cat closet as you come inside so the design and the layout of this floor plan is really really nice okay all right let's go back out this way and another nice feature with this house is you do have a pass through a Butler's pass through from the kitchen area into the dining area but before we get there I want to point out this [Music] pantry and then here in the Butler area you have another countertop space here you have some nice cabinets I love the glass fronts here highlighting your China and take a look at this formal dining room beautiful beautiful Exquisite light fixture seating for eight a bench here as well beams on the ceilings nice windows I love the way they decorate this once again with the three mirrors it even makes the room feel larger than it is you have large Windows here nice drapery and the texture and the wallpaper that they did here is beautiful this is starting to come back folks I also want to point out as I'm going out the baseboards are very [Music] nice all right so let's go outside and take a look at this rear cover patio the pool is being built remember folks like I said this is a work in progress so it's it's not going to be as pretty as it's going to be probably in a couple of weeks but we're going to show it to you anyway so you have your three panel sliding doors here watch your step as you step outside Morgan but this is quite an expansive area remember you have 21t high ceilings here so this patio is quite long this is an extended patio which is one of the upgrades you can do but you have two nice areas the pull as you can see is going to be absolutely amazing once it's done and we'll come back at a future date and probably get a little update to share with you whether it be on our YouTube channel or Instagram or maybe even on our website which is basil realestate group.com definitely go check that out but we wanted to show this to you because it's really nice once again just like the last home we did you can see the the contrast of these window frames along with the white stucco really adds a nice touch to this home the workers over here now and contractors are building an entire outdoor kitchen which I know is going to be spectacular once it's all done so we can't wait to bring you back even though this is under construction they are selling these homes really really fast they're about to open a new section and more than likely we'll be out in this area for at least two to three more years but get it now before the prices go up too high so that concludes the tour of the first floor let's start the second floor tour so we're going to head up the right side of this beautiful dual-sided staircase what I do want to point out is that these are wooden stairs going all the way up the other thing that's nice is they did paint the backside here of the stairs so you have a lot of nice contrast I love the use of the railing system here going up it maintains a lot of openness to this floor plan the shiplap on the walls going all the way up and look at this when we get up here the view to the foyer is really nice man this is just such a beautiful home and then on the opposite side you can look down into your living area you can see the trees out the window in the back this is just really exceptional Follow Me This Way Morgan take a look at this media room I mean this is large you have this wraparound sectional I don't even know how many people this is 1 2 3 4 five 6 7 8 I don't know you can probably see 10 people there you have some more little stools here this is a very ample size meteor room a lot of meteor will be seen on this channel have have been small in nature this is quite large okay follow me this way we'll walk across the bridge of this second floor taking in the views Down Below on either side and on this side of the home you have three bedrooms they are all on Suite bathrooms so this is one of the secondaries once again Morgan I'll let you take a look in there but you can see that they tiled around the tub and shower all the way from the floor to the ceiling and this is this is pretty large for a secondary bedroom which would more than likely probably be a kids bedroom or child's bedroom little walking closet here and then coming out we'll come over to this side and you have another bedroom once again tile goes all the way up from the floor to the ceiling and this bedroom is set up with two twin beds but you can see this room is quite large as well and the closet is on this side a very nice size bedro remember this home is 5,800 Square ft² so the bedroom is going to be larger than your typical home and then we are in I'm going to call this the game room because we already saw what we call the meting room but this is another meting room I mean it's your home you design it how you like but you can see they have a TV in here you have floating shelves another sectional a love seat they have a Foos ball table beautifully beautifully done tons of space to hang out in this house and entertain and then here attached to this game room media room is your third secondary bedroom and you can see this is quite large as well you have two big dressers on either side of the bed this also has an on Suite bathroom with floor to ceiling tile in it and a little bit of a walk-in closet here I absolutely love this home and coming outside there is a closet here for Linens what do you think of this home Morgan this is exceptional let I can't find a flaw I know can't a lot of homes we go through you say I change this or that but once again remember this this is a
