hi guys and welcome back to the channel we have finally received our M3 touring from BMW Park Lane it is skyscraper gray and no it is not staying standard we are fitting a whole host of parts and I'll just list them out for you even true CSL prototype intake finishing Mac carbon fiber a limited edition Remus racing exhaust which is one of 31 downstar engine bay dress-up kit Motorsport plus yellow drls evolve titanium paddles lots of tre carbon bits from Auto ID TPI wheel spaces OE CSL brace CSL front lip CSL Grille and CSL wheels and MSS has suspension [Music] if you haven't already guessed we are doing an OE CSL style build on the touring let's take a closer look at the parts that will be fitting over here we have the eventually intake system and this is a prototype because with the CSL the front brace means that we had to redesign one half of the eventually intake system so this is actually the first one that's being fitted and we're also going to be fitting the CSL brace so this will make sure the inventory can fit underneath that also to complement it we have the eventually Map engine cover the whole kit is finished in the matte finish rather than the gloss moving over here we have the Remus titanium exhaust which is one of their limited editions so they've only made 31 of these saves a lot of weight on the car and I'm hoping it's going to sound really good even though it's an OPF back exhaust we have a titanium dress-up kit from our friends at downstar Motorsport plus yellow DRL so this will give the same look that the CSL has when the side lights are on evolve titanium paddles Which will provide a much nicer shift feel to the auto gearbox over here we have an array of carbon parts from our friends at Auto ID under the Tre brand so we have front vents the side vents carbon seat back covers and Wing mirrors and also the rear diffuser coming back over here we have a set of TPI wheel spaces just to give the car a better stance along with the MSS Springs which have the triple rated spring on the back of the suspension over here we have the OE CSL strut brace the front lip and the OE CSL Grille with the original wheels from the CSL as this is our third G Series M3 M4 build we thought we'd do something different and rather do everything in steps do everything in one hit as you can see there is a lot of parts to fit so let's get the car on the lift and see what the transformation is like foreign we've got the tour in the ramp and it is now ready to strip apart and fit all the new pieces to the first place we're going to start is the engine bay we're going to fit the CSL style brace which is obviously a lot larger than the standard one which means that our lovely inventory intakes don't fit so we're going to fit the Prototype kit which allows clearance between the intake and the brace alongside that we're going to fit the evantury engine cover and we're also going to be changing all of the bolts to the downstar titanium dress up kit [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] thank you [Music] thank you [Music] so that is the engine bay complete obviously looks a lot different to what it did when we started the biggest change being the CSL brace which we think the car should have probably come with anyway alongside the inventory kit which we now know fits so we can put that into production and then lastly we've got the little details with a big difference which are the downstar kit are the nuts and all of the bolts so with that being done let's get the car up on the air and we'll make a start on the exhaust [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] the big old standard exhaust box is going to be replaced with the lovely Remus titanium system to my left the reason we remember the titanium system is because the CSL standard exhaust is titanium and obviously we are going with a CSL theme the Remus uses the standard valves but with the valves open you've basically got a straight through pipe so it should be a lot louder as well as being lighter and looking a lot nicer the tips are also titanium and they're around the same size as the standard exhaust but we don't mind that too much because we feel like the standard exhaust system is a nice size anyway so it's going to give us a visual difference with the titanium color rather than the black to fit the reamer system to the standard system we have to cut the exhaust around here swap over the standard rubbers and the standard valves so let's get that done put it all back up onto the car and get it down and see what it sounds like [Music] all right [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] the exhaust is now fitted and it's coming towards the end of the day so it's time to get the front bumper off ready for some of the vision modifications including the genuine CSL Grille that we've got and the genuine CSL splitter MSS are going to be joining us tomorrow to fit their prototype hash kit and that is going to get the car sitting a hell of a lot better foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] stripped off we're introducing our new MSS hybrid system you can see it here along with the original one so what we've got is adjustable drop link ability to be able to get back to the stock height whilst retaining your EDC it promotes comfort and you're lowering and handling we've got our dual rate so we've got triple rated on the rear dual raid on the front to complement each other let's get this on the car [Music] MSS have finished fitting there prototype kit so it's now time to do some more visual mods to the touring we've got a heap load of carbon fiber parts from Tre to be fitted we've also got some evolve paddles and we've got some CSL Parts as well including the drls the front splitter and The Grille hold up [Applause] [Music] you got me down again foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] I love you [Music] [Music] thank you foreign [Music] laughs [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] I've barely seen the car since we picked it up and the guys have been working on it for the last two days with all the parts so I'm going to see the final edition of it now completely finished so let's take a look they've been hiding it from me all this time oh wow that is pretty sick if you wanted a CSL touring that's pretty much there isn't it apart from the hood but the red accents are really cool as well so you've obviously got the OEM red around the splitter and the grill but then you've got the red stripe going around the Splitters sorry the side so who decided on where that goes there's a hash I think it looks better than putting it on the bottom yeah that wouldn't have worked but yeah with the yellow lights everything that's as much CSL as we're going to get at the moment without doing the hood that's really cool well done guys I've had a chance to look around the car and it looks absolutely stunning and we've nailed the whole CSL theme that we were going for let me go into detail about the parts that we've fitted starting at the front of the car we have the OE CSL Grille we've had a custom badge made by our friend named Alex so as you can see he's 3D printed red with a black evolve on the top there which goes with the CSL badges the car would have at the front here we have a OE CSL front lip and we have carbon vents from our friends at Auto ID from their Tre range we also have fitted the CSL drls these are from our friends at Sport Plus and as you've seen we fit them to quite a few of our other cars coming around the side you can clearly see the OE CSL Wheels we fitted the new MSS hybrid suspension kit so that is the height adjustable spring with the triple spring weight on the rear that's going to settle a little bit more now so once that's settled we'll set the ride height to exactly where we want it we have Tre Wing Mirror covers from our friends at Auto ID again and we've also made a red highlight strip there to carry on the theme from the front coming to the rear of the car we have the limited edition Remus titanium exhaust from the performance company in the UK so these are I believe one of 31. I haven't heard what it sounds like yet but we will get some more detailed sound clips of these exhausts at a later point we also have the Tre from Auto ID rear carbon diffuser on the back stepping to the inside of the car we've made two changes from the factory and that is evolve Billet paddles I actually prefer these over the carbon ones because the carbon ones that come with the car are plastic on the back and they'd feel a little bit cheap on the back of the car because we've gone for Comfort Seats we've also got the Tre carbon back finishes just to lift the interior a little bit at the back but as you can see the way this car's been specked it actually complements the CSL look we've gone for and that wasn't intentional I just wanted to have the Fiona red with the Comfort Seats and the full leather so it's got a really nice red detailing around here and the contrast between the red and the black works really well on the inside but it's also complementing the exterior and what we've done with it let me pop the hood and we can take a look at what we've done in the engine bay foreign CSL strut brace to complete the whole CSL theme and we've also got Frozen matte finish carbon fiber intake from eventually now this is the one that's specifically designed for the CSL so it fits with the CSL brace and anyone who wants to retrofit this can also buy this intake so everything works together to finish off the engine bay we have this beautiful eventually engine cover which is different to the stock one as we've replicated the design from the left hand side to there and that's finished in the same as the intake and we've also got this titanium kit from our friends Frank at downstar just to lift the engine bay that little bit further that's it for now we've gone from completely stock to an almost fully modified you could say in the space of two days I've only done about 50 miles in the car so join us next time while I take the car on the road and share my driving Impressions thank you so much for watching guys if you like the video please remember to smash that like button and if you haven't already please subscribe to our Channel if you want to join the conversation please drop a comment below and we'll try our best to respond to you if you want to watch more of this project you can do so over here if you want to watch what YouTube thinks you might like from our other content you can do so over here
