The City Known to be the Capital of Southern Thailand? (EP. 1/3)
good morning guys how are you guys this morning uh we actually headed to a southern province uh today it's actually our first trip of 2022 but where are we going which province i'm not gonna tell you guys yet so uh i hope you guys stay with us and find out um you can guess right you can guess the the province by watching our videos but if you know what province we are going leave in the comments can't tell you how excited i am are you excited here yes very excited but can you tell us why why are we going to this place this province what's so important about it this province is my favorite wine this problem is the one of the biggest southern in thailand there are many parts that we can go slicing the mountains the seas the waterfalls durable so basically they have everything okay so that's why we're going to this place out on you know of all the places in southern thailand we're going to this particular province because this particular province has special time to southern thailand and it's important to southern thailand but why and how stay tuned [Music] okay guys so we are here at the restaurant um it's called blue terrace quite a climb it was quite a climb because it was up in the steep hill uh here um the restaurant looks pretty nice you know a lot of trees um we have uh the view overlooking the oceans i'll show you guys the view later so um but first before we do anything we're gonna grab some food at the blue terrace cafe okay so let's go [Music] yeah here we are look it's a cafe it's called blue terrace cafe the food may cost 100 but the wheel is worth millions [Music] okay guys we are hungry see see the view of this restaurant it's priceless huh it's priceless like dear said you know the food may cost hundreds but the view is worth millions so what did we order the year today okay today we ordered meniscus burger ramen tonka and breakfast set for brunch that's funny okay we are hungry okay guys this is the food for two okay so it's a lot of food but yeah okay guys let us clean out the food it's a cafe and restaurant two in one there are places like this all over thailand for those who are familiar with thai food that's western and fusion food as well okay guys uh we're gonna walk around a little bit the food here was uh i would say 40 percent it's also below average uh it cost us about 700 baht we ordered uh four dishes i mean like in my life i've eaten a lot of western food but to be honest here it's really below average when i say below average it's it's not really uh good i mean it looks good you know on the menu but the taste not very good uh because i can give you an honest review because um i mean you know the place is nice but the food needs to improve uh blue terrorists i mean look at that i mean they have everything they have potential see but the food we we had was wasn't good see they have everything you know to be successful but uh 700 baht in that kind of quality not not very good but look at the view see dear come here see this is what i'm talking about they have potentials let's see overlooking the beaches the ocean you have a little hill to climb they have everything but later we're gonna go to um the viewpoint up there you know it's up right up there near the restaurant so we're gonna uh park our car at the restaurant and we're going to walk up a little bit it's the viewpoint overlooking kanom in this province in this mysterious province can you guys figure it out what province we're in right now so um shall we go to the viewpoint okay let's go to the viewpoint [Music] guys so we are here at the uh we call it the uh the goddess the gods hill is it is it the god hill the gods hill yeah or no until so um basically it you have to pay how much is it 20 baht for entrance per person per person so entrants so you park the car and then get the tickets and then we come here a lot of people you know on on during the week actually we're filming this on on when today what day is today wednesday it's wednesday today so um we're filming this on wednesday and there are a lot of people already so um you know it's a good spot for family see families and friends can come and visit so you can see the uh the the kanam coastline it's the same coastline as chumphon so if you follow uh from come from jump on and come down here it's the same coastline so uh coastal area another coastal area so uh okay i'll show you guys around let's walk around [Music] do [Music] yeah this this place is really worth the money worth a visit guys you should come it's good for the family you know yeah do you think it's good for family yeah i think it's good for family nice wheels yeah nice feeling we have a nice uh garden we have uh the hut seems to take a photo ah many things to take pictures off right and uh you can bring kids they have a place you can buy food from there um okay so we're gonna walk down and we're gonna go to another place a secret place and you guys will find out where we are next one this next uh destination is known to be well it is known to have a lot of chickens why chickens i'll tell you guys later i like to keep the secret right dears do we like to keep the secret so next place we're gonna see a lot of chickens real chickens or fake chickens i'm not sure so we're gonna say goodbye to this uh location the god hill okay then they would add a guard hill okay so i'll see you guys in a bit [Music] okay guys we are here at the jd what it's the uh it's named after um the popular figure here at the temple um the figure is actually a kid supposedly he was um a temple caretaker uh and he died and he died here in this area at the temple so um uh his body passed away but his spirit leaps on so um a lot of people in nakhon si hamra believes that um he's still lurking around so his spirit working around so uh to protect the people uh the villagers and the people of the constitutional province so uh this figure is called which means eggs okay so that's why you see a lot of chickens around this uh the temple because uh the people if they make the merit they ask for something and if uh their ants uh their their prayers have been answered um usually they'll come back to this place and give him the the offerings which is the chickens [Music] there might not be a lot of people because of kovit but there are some good amount of people visiting this place you can expect a lot of people to visit this place about um maybe 100 000 or more per month or millions per year people from all over thailand come to this place to pay respect you might seem you might see ikai wearing uh the uniform the soldier uniform but then there's no explanation to that but the villager said he likes to wear soldier uniform the hat the glasses and play with you know chickens [Music] okay guys so we are here at the uh jyd resort so it's a resort it's located on the beach it's actually on the beach so uh after the long day so we're just gonna check in just checking checking in right now so uh i'm gonna show you guys uh the room and the beach front in a little bit uh we have a pretty good deal on the hotel so i mean on the resort so i'll tell you guys all the information and walk you guys through and i'll let you guys see the view i'll see you guys in a little bit so dear did you check in already already okay okay so what room do we have um over here okay let's go see let's go check it out okay lead the way so this resort is like a traditional thai style resort so it's the little style mini style yes you can choose whatever you want you might wear you you come alone or a couple of fruits many types oh look at that so we have kids playing in the pool nice kids playing in the pool okay over here i think this is not the one because this one has shoes room number nine number nine i think they should have the room number in front number nine this is number nine i have to go straight that way oh that way the other way okay well we are having a little bit difficult time to find our room right now the staff is just sitting and talking and not showing us the other way so we're gonna check in the room so oh it's on the other side room number nine okay okay let's see okay wow okay uh guys let us settle in and uh take a shower and i'll show you guys the beach [Music] there what do you think about uh the room what do you think about the room it's okay it's okay okay it's a little bit small but uh on the internet it looks big but it's a little bit small but it's okay because we only have two we are two of us so uh there should be a pr should not be a problem so a toilet a typical thai toilet we have complimentary coffee and drinks here closet okay so yeah it's a room icon so we have a small tv over here [Music] so from our room [Music] we can walk right to the beach we have easy access to the beach so um i'm gonna show you guys around a little bit wow so that's it guys so that we have the uh the resort the small resort uh i think it's time to uh dear i think it's time to tell the audience tell everybody where we're in what province we're in right now so what province are we in there i think someone can guess what province can you guess right now i think oh no since we tell them about we told them about khanom it's what province is the district of konam located in so nom it's near chimpan not far away from jumping about about 300 kilometers from jumping i think so can you guess do you guys know why don't we just tell them the answer that's right guys jyd resort this place is located in nakhon si tamara province ah near subatani and chompan down south it's about um about four or five hours away from chumphon so it's our first trip of 2022. so yeah so are we gonna relax a little bit and uh we're gonna have dinner later so i hope you guys enjoy the dinner we're gonna show you guys the dinner and take a rest because we have a long schedule tomorrow we have a long day tomorrow actually we're gonna meet one of dear's friends in the city center uh her name is am am used to work with deer at chiang pao anu banjem pond school kindergarten school so we're going to meet uh em she used to be a teacher at in chimpan but now she moved to nakhon si i'm not her hometown so uh tomorrow we're gonna go meet her and then i'm we're gonna have her be our tour guide for a day tomorrow uh so tomorrow we're gonna meet meet em correct yeah so we're gonna meet em and she's a math teacher but uh you guys are gonna know about her tomorrow so i'll let her introduce herself tomorrow to you guys so dear do you have anything else okay so you can enjoy so we are here at the restaurant uh we actually tried to find the best restaurant around here but we couldn't find any uh the restaurant near the beach and it was dark driving over here so uh we asked teacher m uh dear's friend like i told you earlier uh she recommended this restaurant so we're gonna try this restaurant out i hope it's good so uh this restaurant is called until dawn restaurant until dawn restaurant so let's try this place out so what do we have here let's try it out lead the way dear lead the way okay usually um try to try to tell
