morning don't worry about it now this here is what we call the daylight zone for very obvious reasons we still have some daylight around right three big holes in the roof they get a fancy name they're called skylights but these skylights they're pretty important because without them we don't really find lava towns like this one if you happen to come across a hole that nobody's seen before good for you you get the name the cave only one problem with that 99% of the time you find a new Hole by falling into it and then they name the cave after you we call this place the red ceiling I wonder why that red stuff up there is iron we have about 10 to 15% iron content in the lava around here and when it has turned that nice red color it's more specifically iron oxide which is known as rust but that's not the only color we have we all also have some yellow any idea what that might be that's why you don't pee in here yeah you're pretty close what's the stuff that makes your bathroom smell nice and IC and sulfur that's that we have in the hot water and then we have some white stuff up there that is not actually part of the rocks that is the only thing that lives in here and they are bacteria she's going to take you on a little extra Adventure a few people at a time I'm not ready for this that side cave is Tiny when you're going down you have a rock here and you have Rock here and you're just kind of sliding down we can fit about maybe two three maybe four people so just start to see how it goes okay so yeah just follow me it's right here I love fitting in tight holes welcome Atlantic ocean has a lot of good things to offer this is a country that's sping with Wonders of Nature I dare add Iceland to the list of best places to live even in the whole world what oh my God it's you see when you're driving through the country in Icelandic they're called Sands sand loops and the way that these things are formed are basically through uh volcanic activity and over here we have probably one of the biggest most dangerous volcanoes in the country uh which is called katla and it's right underneath that gigantic massive ice that you see over there right so um I don't know maybe some of you remember the volcanic eruption from 2010 that blocked all of European airspace for a while that's the big mass of ice that you see further to my right over there it's called a that was so fun amazing that was awesomeness so cool why why was it so awesome though so cool dude honestly I wanted to pull over and just like run wild well kept leaving Gap so that we could go real fast so yeah Mountain like the ice starts bending right if you bend the Sneakers Bar you have the chocolate on top that will crack right so these are basically all the cracks up there is basically we call them crevasses or srax in this case because it's quite Steep and this is also called an ice fo like a very steep part of the glacier you always find this uh cracks in the ice like this because the ice bends and the ice cracks on top and we call this an ice fall and this is actually what gives the name to this Glacier here fat yur the falling Glacier so fat is f a l l it's F basically and yur you might know it as jul maybe in if we say it in English uh means Glacier so falling Glacier because of the icef because it's steep here usually in summer there is lubrification on the back Rock but this is over now because we're getting into winter so now it's slowing down right and it will start again next April approximately then we it will flow faster again
