Argentina girl shows me her City - A Locals Experience
what's going on guys it's a little loud but this is my last day in Cordoba Argentina I'm going to meet a friend of mine a long time friend that I met two years ago in Brazil she's gonna show me around we're gonna get some food some ice cream and hang out one last time before I head out and I think that's her right now hey my friend hello guys this is my wonderful friend Lucina she is from Argentina what part where are you from San Luis is that at the North no no we met in Brazil two years ago during Carnaval 2020 and we've been friends ever since this is my good friend who's been hosting me here in Cordoba and she told me this place is amazing and I totally love it right now we're gonna get some ice cream and some food and we're gonna walk around neighbor she's gonna show us around so hope you guys enjoy all right so if you go into a quarterback a mask is always mandated to where no matter where you go it's like long [Music] so we're getting the Kono simple which is one scoop okay look at the ice cream oh my goodness wow okay so I'm getting Durano which is yes [Music] your Journal is Fuego don't listen to this Fuego wow yeah [Music] it'll be for a seat to sit down guys when I say my favorite flavor in Argentina this is my favorite and this is all a single scoop oh my God how you like our ice cream good lemon pie fried I tried dosage and it's okay it's just a lot of sugar I'm not used to it I've noticed um in the places I've been to in Argentina they add a lot of Dulce leche and a lot of different foods like churro it's true right the just Legend we can't we he can't roll the R's okay come on but those Alexa is in the Truro in Mendoza okay you like no I actually don't like churro with the this election I like metros sugar or with chocolate you are finishing that thing a lot quicker than I am I'm like savoring every piece all right so we just finished eating some ice cream we actually had to like get out of there I really couldn't talk and eat because of the music I don't want any copyright strikes to my channel but Lucina is going to take me to a different area that I haven't really checked out there we're going to learn a little bit more about her and a little bit more about this area that we're in you're crazy who's crazy you're crazy awesome and we're off to a brand new place like I mentioned we are heading to an area that people don't really talk about and I'm traveling with my road dogs right here luisena and her homeboys okay see you soon because there's nothing like sitting back and enjoying the ride and letting the trip take over this was the perfect opportunity for me to just sit back and enjoy where we're going next even though I had no idea what to expect in this new destination of Argentina today we are going to do a day trip to two places one place is called Colonial carroja another place is called Jesus Maria they decided to take me on their trip since I'm in town I don't know much about it but it's kind of best that I don't know so I can kind of get that first at first glance that first impression we're gonna hang out do some things get some lunch let's have some fun see no but don't know come on man come on man Ila mama okay so to get here didn't cost much we took a terminal one which is the wuss boost the bus that costs us 210 pesos this city is very small but it's also very beautiful it's about 20 minutes outside of a Cordoba looks like we've met the birthday girl happy birthday foreign grape see okay one boyfriend one boyfriend okay big lunch today we are making hamburgers for the birthday girl today yes good so just as you saw this day trip is a birthday celebration what's the nearest market to get some drinks the best thing you find is Coca-Cola and this is the perfect opportunity to kind of get an idea of what Jesus Maria looks like it's a very open area much different Cordoba and the walk from her place to the market wasn't even far at all in the meantime trying to find a balance between communication because as you obviously know I don't speak Spanish but this was a cool opportunity to kind of interact with lucina's friends and see how they all celebrate their friend's birthday today [Music] thank you sugar yeah [Music] salsa okay foreign [Music] [Music] come on man what happened ready [Music] foreign [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Nueva Cordoba is mostly known for students that live in the area because there is a university up close which is University of Cordoba yeah okay see what I like most about this place is that it lights up at night in such a way where it's actually kind of romantic but also there's a little pinch of Paris here so hopefully I'll be able to catch that but we are filming on a GoPro so it's an action camera I won't really get all that cinematic stuff they're normally dude you see how like there's restaurants like this Bucca and like the lights out here you got the taxis very colorful City then there's Lucina Pharmacy over there and then there's there's trees that line up oh and the chairs all right Lucina okay please tell me the type of work you're doing let these viewers know um what you're doing now with your life I am a student okay student dancers you're studying to be a dentist and I am my work is my practice the dentist on desk of it okay so you are in practice to be a dentist you're you're practicing that okay is free the people four people okay and you also test for covid okay that's cool wow el nombre the University okay and that's why I said Nueva Cordoba is mostly known for like a student City everywhere you go you're going to see a bunch of 20 to late 20s all in this area and it's really nice it's a really nice to live [Music] so Lucina what is that building right there this is a museum too Museum okay I didn't get a chance to check it out but on Wednesday it was when is Marcus miraculous which is Wednesday it's free free free so guys the coolest thing about Portobello that I discovered is the museums on Wednesdays are free normally I think to pay online to check it out or pay up front I'm not quite sure but I saw something like that before and it's not too far from the city center uh if you see this route you just walk all the way down all the way up and you'll see this Museum right here that's glowing like a Ghostbusters movie it's really cool uh this building right here can we go in no no okay no problem the tuna this tunnel is new how many years Maybe in two years dosanos wow [Applause] it's very nice okay sometimes I'll actually say is this Argentina sometimes because not only like the buildings really stand out but it's mostly like the people who are very chill they're always carrying the mate with them everywhere it's it's every single person I walk uh close to they have a mate on them man this city is really pretty lots of warm tones guys on bicycles people walking very nice energy everybody's on the go and that's it Museum over there that's really cool and creepy it seems like gosh this place I could totally how long have you been living here what how many years eight years seven six me you see wow it's the best what about Buenos Aires Salsa Salsa Mendoza sauce is the best okay I believe you there's a creepy Museum this is straight from a movie that is crazy we're gonna check out to see if this museum is open that'd be kind of cool to check out right now but chances are it's not open close it's close oh this is how to get in the internet so if you want to pay online you pay here online and you can scan it free free tickets Spanish is horrible all right just be easy on me but I'm going to try and say it in Spanish so that she can understand so Lucille you ready okay all right let me get my best friend out um so I said what do you like to do for fun okay party party okay [Laughter] okay so guys I actually did take part in the porter though when I got here and it's very cultural in Cordoba is think of a disco [Applause] think of like a rock show but it's Argentina music and it's there's like thousands of people and I once the most well she took me the most popular one right see the most popular excuse me with her Amigas and Amigos friends and think of like a show but Argentina music from like 10 to like 5 A.M that was an experience so she's talking about that okay and E what else okay like food comida music every day every day every day okay so guys Cherry pan is a hot dog no it's it's a hot dog never Cherry pen is a hot dog because if you haven't seen my food tour video in Argentina you can click that right there and I go over traditional Argentina food from Asado to Cherry van to empanadas and I tried the Cherry ban with the hot dog guys I don't know if you can see it it's so bright but this place is called el potalon two this place is the best they only open from 6 a.m 6 p.m to about 2 am 3 AM and they serve great food I love the hamburgers they have here with the papas fritas french fries ketchup ketchup ketchup only with illuminata not only that I think if you see it on my one of my Instagram stories you see that this place is also a disco and you will never catch that just walking by look at this foreign you can even hear it buddy let's walk by here look at that already it's changed you can hear the Rave right down there this place is really awesome it's one of my favorite places to eat I love this city it's so Lively at nights it's so Lively so Lively I love it I wish I had a chance to eat here this place looks pretty interesting all right so what is this interesting sign Bomba oops for net I understand what that is for 8 20. guess like surprise surprise yes okay and guys frenette if you don't know I'm actually not a big drinker but I did try this brunettes with Coca-Cola and ice you like no I don't but for that price it's okay frenette is a very traditional combination drink here in Argentina every time she parties she drinks Fernand Coca-Cola with her Amigas and Amigos hola why are you over there come on okay all right so we're a little hungry we found this spot not too far from where she's staying we're gonna get some food and uh have a conversation because tonight is my last night I'm a little sad she's a little sad you know and uh go from there [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] Tas Which is my go-to [Music] 's just like a report card oh we're waiting for our food can okay that is I think that's um it's East of uh quarterback towards the ocean [Music] okay I I won't make it there unfortunately because from Cordoba I'm heading to Buenos Aires tonight and I only have
