[Vlog] Japan 2023 Part 1 - Hokkaido

um what time is it what time is it 12:41 12:41 we're at Terminal 1 Taoyuan International Airport  we're heading to Hokkaido Hokkaido Japan Trip! so um this is our current setup so messy haha it's mainly me and also there's so many people at the  airport right now we're at the foodcourt and um my pillow and yeah my bed  and there construction kmn not joking 18 kgs sounds right keeping a record of the weight pre-trip weeee boarding comfy, catch up on rest so tired probably only slept 30 minutes in that food court just now and it's four (AM) time to board yaaay we're on the plaaane Doraemon welcomes us and we're going to go get our JR pass Sapporo! crossing the road off to our first hotel this is where we're staying it's a tram cool eh Sapporo and uh something TV tower yeah Sapporo TV tower and it just looks like winter wonderland here the camera can catch it it's proper snowing now oh yeah I can definitely see it now um we're a bit cold now so we're going to head back to the hotel this is our twin bedroom little toilet nice we're staying here for two nights all right this is me almost finished Simone almost finished so good but it's so good this is um strawberry smoothie this one um first day dinner is soup curry Hokkaido specialty apparently Enjoy~ we fell asleep last night, so no outro but it is day two and we're going skiing yeah yeah this is our view right now the empty underground streets it's too early yeah too early yeah it's 7:10 ish let's goooo Kokusai lining up for some rentals and we just bought the gloves we just bought for 900 Yen which I think is pretty worth we're all kitted up yay nice, good angle? is it to low? no we're on all right so we're at the top of the mountain oh my God and we're kitted up say hi hi oh my god yay so nice to ski, so powdery the view in front wow amazing it's snowing guess where we're lying so pretty and right next to where we're skiing 1, 2, sit holysht amazing so beautiful so amazing all right back to skiing yay we're home now didn't record anything that's day two in Hokkaido see you tomorrow asdfghjkl good morning um today is day three in Sapporo and we're going to be doing a lot of sight seeing today a lot of traveling traveling and then we're going to Noboribetsu so we're leaving Sapporo tonight yeah okay so we are at nijo market and the ground is kind of icy there's a canal oh my god this is such a nice view we all matching ears today  I mean it's not the same animal but hahaha Oh i wanna eat melon so we're walking from Minami Otaru to Otaru going to pass by the canal later kind of slippery   our shadows are cute though, got ears after eating even more walking down the streets of Otaru the dirty Street this is Otaru Canal it's actually very cute okay we need to go catch our train we need to get to Noboribetsu tonight little bit behind schedule um day trip to Otaru time to take the rapid airport, back to Sapporo saying goodbye to Sapporo we are at Noboribetsu Station okay waiting for our bus to (the onsen area) haha this bus, it's just luggages just got off the bus and that is the hotel we're staying at tonight Daiichi Takimotokan this is our first five star hotel of the stay welcome Welcome to our home for the night um a little entrance way and the toilet but that's not important because we have baths then our bedroom two singles and then out the window is the entrance Kaiseki dinner holy crap so fancy yeah I think that's sukiyaki? winter menu looking forward to this so we're going to head to the souvenir shop now we're all kitted up with our yukata, and then we're going to go hot spring so that's it for today see ya yeaaah, it's the second day at uh daiichi takimotokan we're going to get another soak in before we check out, so see you bye! walking trail hi~ hi weather is 100 points, perfect snowing yay yay, we're on fish?! really? oh my god it's fish what the hell okay also let's show you the view we have on the gondola it's the sea and where the Noboribetsu train station is waah, and the sea very nice today's lunch is 7-11 there's Simone paying for her food and then it's time to head back to Noboribetsu station and catch our train to Hakodate! Hokuto! reserved seats we're on the train to Hakodate... omg double layered Simone's lunch oh my oh my God oh my God, unfortunate event not eating enough veggies in Japan so, fruit & veges juice going to Hakodate waaah arrived at Hakodate! so pretty we just got to JR inn, on top of Hakodate station room tour two single beds and the view of the harbour very nice Hakodate ropeway ticket wooow, its big oh its a massive car oh it's too dark wow, romantic dinner with the mt. Hakodate view they just gave us some water oh, put it down this is so unnecessary back down waiting for the bus, or waiting to get on the bus hoping that we'll get on back to Hakodate ekimae we're on floor 12 of JR inn this is the lounge and there's manga got some Demon Slayer some One Piece a lot of One Piece some Magi and some nice seating areas and over there is um the public baths which me Simone will fully utilise later it is Hakodate morning last day in Hokkaido we just left our JR inn we're going to the morning market right opposite and then going to Tokyo after  it's snowing slightly today which is very nice we're walking on a very snowy path wah, and that's where we were yesterday night very nice looking Starbucks and the red brick sheds? are they? getting some crepes wana eat it so bad leaving Hakodate Shinkansen transfer wow its the Shinkansen yaaay ehhhh I have the tickets where do we put the luggages 6A is there a place to put luggages at the front? I don't see a place for luggages Hokkaido Shinkansen we're going to be on this train for 4 and a half hours let's go bye Hokkaido bye bye~ hi Tokyo
